  3. 3. What are your daily activities as a SharePoint Administrator?

    SharePoint Administrators might have different perspectives on this question. The basic activities are listed as follows:

    1. Monitor Production, Staging and Development Servers
    2. Check if the Diagnostic Logs are generated accordingly
    3. Check the physical memory and logical disk space on the servers
    4. Check the DB Servers
    5. Check the server health
    6. Check if the associated services for Service Applications are started
    7. Check the IIS to see the status of the Web Application
    8. Check if any new tickets are raised
    9. If any dependencies or issues are found, escalate them to relevant teams
    10. Do the RCA for reported issues
    11. Provide estimation for issued tickets
